Families can now book their place at Custard Town, Exeter’s brand-new inclusive play space for children aged 0–6 years.
Opening on 2nd July 2026 at Guildhall Shopping Exeter, Custard Town has been created to provide a safe, welcoming and imaginative environment where children can learn, explore and have fun through play.
Designed by Exeter Community Initiatives, Custard Town offers a unique play experience featuring sensory activities, creative play areas and exciting themed events, all designed to support children’s development while bringing families together.
Visitors can look forward to a range of activities including sensory play, role play, teddy bears’ picnics, discos and special events throughout the year. Parents and carers can also enjoy a welcoming café space while children explore and play.
Custard Town has inclusion at its heart, with dedicated SEN-friendly sessions designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for children who may benefit from a quieter environment.
