Transitions works with people aged 18+ living in Exeter, who may be feeling vulnerable or isolated, and going through a period of change such as moving home, coping with health conditions or life events.
Through our wellbeing and life skills workshops, 1-1 coaching and meet-ups, we support people to make positive changes, create support networks, develop skills and strategies to deal with life’s challenges, better manage change and feel more connected and resilient.

We run small group workshops on wellbeing and life skills; exploring self-help strategies and sharing ideas with others.
1-1 coaching
Our trained coaches can support you to take control and make positive changes.
