Custard Town Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking and Admission
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst visiting Custard Town.
Bookings are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of purchase. Please arrive promptly for your session.
Payments
All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your session, please contact Custard Town as soon as possible. We may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative session if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided and spaces are available. Transfers are offered at the discretion of Custard Town and cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for non-attendance or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
If Custard Town cancels a session for any reason, customers will be offered either an alternative session or a full refund.
Health and Safety
The safety and wellbeing of all visitors is our priority. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising children in their care at all times.
Visitors must follow any instructions given by Custard Town staff.
Children who are unwell, or who have experienced sickness, diarrhoea or a contagious illness within the previous 48 hours, should not attend.
Behaviour
Custard Town aims to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all families. We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive or likely to negatively impact the experience of others.
Photography and Media
From time to time, photographs or video footage may be taken for promotional purposes. Where photography is planned, visitors will be informed in advance and consent will be sought where appropriate.
Personal Belongings
Custard Town cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Changes to Sessions
Custard Town reserves the right to amend session times, activities or facilities where reasonably necessary.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
