Jon Breeze is an experienced education leader and Executive Deputy Headteacher with a passion for inclusive practice, coaching, and learner development. He has extensive leadership experience across specialist and alternative provision settings, with a strong focus on wellbeing, safeguarding, and positive culture. Alongside his work in education, Jon is committed to supporting organisations that create meaningful opportunities for young people and communities. As a Trustee of ECI, he brings strategic leadership, collaboration, and a values-driven approach to governance.
