Part Time Project Administrator

The Parent Progression Team require an experienced and accomplished administrator for 14 hours a week, working remotely as part of a small team. Due to current circumstances the role will be working from home so a good broadband connection is essential. If required, the working from home arrangement can be reviewed when restrictions are lifted.

The role requires some data entry onto spreadsheets and a database therefore confidence and a good working knowledge of MS Excel and data monitoring is a must, as is attention to detail. Database training will be provided.

Experience of successfully managing a business Facebook page is also a strong advantage.

The role is offered on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2021, however this may be extended dependent on funding.

14 hours per week

Pay Scale NJC 5 – 6

£19,312 – £19,698, pro rata
