
We explore the ‘science’ around how what we eat affects how we feel, and vice-versa. We discuss the different ways of including healthy food in your diet and look at planning healthy meals on a budget.
This is a free 2 part course taking place on Wed 26 March & Wed 2 April 2025 from 3pm – 5pm at Exeter Foodbank.
