ECI’s Response to Covid-19

Following recent government advice regarding the Covid-19 outbreak, we have made changes to the way ECI works as an organisation. ECI staff are now working from home to help minimise the risk posed by Covid-19 to our local communities. This will affect the following projects: Transitions; Devon Family Resource; Parent Progression; Community Builders and Jelly. You can find details of each of these projects here: http://eci.org.uk. Our project teams continue to work hard to ensure that we are there for our most vulnerable clients. We are working with various partner organisations to coordinate our response to this outbreak as the situation evolves.

Please bear with us whilst we adapt to this way of working over the coming days and weeks. Our head office line will remain open as always. If anyone in your community needs to access our services personally, please encourage them to contact us on 01392 205800 or info@eci.org.uk.

Many of you have told us that you are keen to find ways to help others throughout the outbreak. We will update you as we come across any calls for support from the community via our social media pages on Twitter and Facebook. At present, you may wish to consider following updates from our partners, Exeter Foodbank here, and from Exeter Homeless Partnership here. We will advise you on initiatives we are part of, to enable you to offer your support.
