    What changes would you like to see as a result of your feedback?

    Thank you for taking the time to make your complaint.  You should now expect:

    1. The Project Manager/Chief Executive to acknowledge receipt of your complaint
    2. A meeting organised within 10 days
    3. After this meeting, a written response within 5 days explaining the action being taken

    Stage 2: If you are not satisfied with the response, your complaint may be taken to a Complaints Panel convened by the Chief Executive. The decision of the Complaints Panel at Stage Two will be final.
