As part of our commitment to supporting the development of the different communities within Exeter, we provide practical support to local community groups in planning and developing ideas and projects to improve their communities.
We do this through supporting the development of new groups by helping people with tasks such as:
- developing a set of organisational rules or constitution
- clarifying plans for future work
- developing basic operational policies
- looking for funding
- making links with other groups, networks and support agencies
