EATS (Exeter Accredited Tenants’ Scheme) was a partnership project offering a package of training courses and support to disadvantaged people to help them access and sustain accommodation.
ECI worked in partnership with the Meaningful Occupation Project (MOP) of Exeter Shillhay Community, to set up the EATS programme. ECI provided most of the development work, with MOP running the training courses. Six pilot courses were run in total. MOP continues to offer tenancy training courses as part of their programme.
