CARD PORCH - Re-named as 'PORCH'

Sadly, the Mentoring side of CARD PORCH (Closing A Revolving Door) has closed after persuing many funding routes at this difficult time. The funding routes were exhausted and unsuccessful meaning that the Mentoring part of CARD PORCH was no longer financially sustainable.

Unfortunately, Carol Forrest (Mentoring Co-ordinator & Caseworker) was made redundant as a result of this financial difficulty. Carol was a part of the project for over 5 years and was thanked for her committment and hard work over the years.

This has all had implications on the CARD PORCH Project and the decision was made to revert back to the original name of the Housing Team: PORCH (Persistent Offender Resettlement through Co-ordinated Housing).
